A small first step

Let’s talk about
what you need.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. A little about what you’re looking for is enough.

Please keep this brief and leave out sensitive health details. We can discuss those during your appointment.

We’ll be in touch soon. Prefer a conversation? Call 905-978-3889

For urgent help, see crisis support. This inbox isn’t an emergency service.

01

Reach out

Tell us a little about the support you’re looking for. A short message or phone call is enough.

02

Find your fit

We’ll discuss therapist options, availability and fees, and make space for your questions.

03

Begin at your pace

Meet in Waterdown or online. Together, you and your therapist can decide where to begin.

It’s okay to have questions

A little clarity
before you begin.

More common questions
Do I need to know which therapist to choose?

No. Share a little about what you are looking for and we can help you explore a suitable match. You can also request a particular therapist when you contact us.

What happens after I get in touch?

The practice will follow up to discuss your needs, therapist availability and appointment options. Sending an enquiry does not book a session or commit you to starting therapy.

Can I meet with someone online?

Online appointments are available with members of our team. Let us know your preference and where you will be located so we can confirm a suitable option.

How much does counselling cost?

Fees depend on the therapist and the type of session. Please ask for the current rate, session length and cancellation terms before booking. You are welcome to mention your budget when you contact us.
