Jennifer has twenty years experience working in the public education system, supporting neurodivergent individuals and families within the community.

Utilizing a strength-based and trauma informed approach, she helps individuals discover their unique strengths and needs, tailoring strategies to foster resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful connections within their relationships. Jennifer’s approach combines evidence-based techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness and compassion focused therapy (CFT). She believes that every person’s story is important. She emphasizes exploration as to how your thoughts and feelings drive behaviours.

With children and adolescents, Jennifer has a vast knowledge and specializes in teaching self-regulation and emotional control. Her primary focus is to teach and implement strategies to help individuals maintain control and handle difficult circumstances.

She has extensive experience working with adults and couples as they navigate challenges throughout their daily lives, building self-confidence and conflict resolution strategies.
